How long will my order take to arrive?Generally all orders are dispatched next day to arrive within 5 working days. If we anticipate a delay then we will contact you to advise.

Who delivers the orders?We generally use Royal Mail Parcels.

What if my order is lost or damaged?Lost or missing deliveries will be resolved either by our courier or by a replacement being sent. Damaged items are covered by our returns policy.

What if I need my order urgently?We are happy to take orders over the phone and arrange next day delivery with the appropriate charges.

How long do helium balloons last?All the helium balloons delivered from our website are supplied uninflated. Once filled the foil balloons should last approximately 5 days and latex balloons inflated to 11” should float for approximately 2-3 days. Both floating time estimates are based on the balloons being correctly filled and allowed to float in doors at room temperature.
